The ‘puck’ needs replacing every year so the battery doesn’t run out. If you are unsure which system type you have please check on the label on the back of your system to see if it says ‘Cellular Base’, if not it is ‘Broadband only’. The cellular-enabled puck costs more to cover airtime costs.

Please replace your wristband strap if it is exposing the edges of the puck or is otherwise damaged.

Replacement wristband

A brand new wristband.
We have recently improved our wristbands to black velcro straps, which come in two sizes.
Please select the size to match the circumference of the wrist.

This is still waterproof and is preferred by our customers to the old style - see reviews belo.)

(We still have a few legacy silicone straps available. If you want one of those, please write it in the comments on the final page.)
