The ‘puck’ needs replacing every year so the battery doesn’t run out. If you are unsure which system type you have please check on the label on the back of your system.
A brand new wristband (without a puck) made from medical grade silicone.
A Further user can be linked to an existing account and base station. This is ideal for where two or more people live together and want the freedom to spend time alone or out with the confidence that they are connected if needed.
Whether it is an office or workshop, spending time at a relatives or a holiday home, if you spend time alone it is worth considering getting a second base station.
Response
The Fallback Response Centre is an additional service which ensures that if there is a time when none of your responders are able to help a professional response centre will make sure the emergency services are instructed.
