What happens if none of my responders are able to accept an alert?

The Assure system is designed to put you in touch with your personal network. Unfortunately the emergency services do not currently accept calls where there has not been a personal – human – request. It is therefore essential that you ensure that there are always enough people available to respond should an alert be raised. The system will try twice all responders who are marked as potentially available. If there is still nobody available to accept the alert the system will send an email to all the administrators linked to the account to inform them of the situation together with possible actions they may be able to take even if they are unable to respond in person, including how to request local police to make a welfare check.
