What happens if there is a power cut?

This depends on the type of Assure system you have.
The cellular Assure system has a 48 hour battery back-up and will work seamlessly until the power is restored.

However, the ethernet Assure system will stop working if there is a power cut as it needs your broadband router to be working. If this happens all your responders who are administrators will receive an email after a short period letting them know we have not been able to communicate with your base and that the system appears unavailable.
