You will new sent a new puck when we detect the battery in your old puck is getting low, meaning you should have uninterrupted protection.

Your subscription relies on one of your family & friends being available. Consider adding the Fallback call response service if there might be gaps.

Please replace your wristband strap if it is exposing the edges of the puck or is otherwise damaged.

VAT Exemption

Prices shown in our shop are excluding VAT and therefore VAT will only be added at checkout if you unselect the VAT exemption option at checkout. You are eligible for VAT exemption if your purchase is for the personal use of someone with a chronic illness or long term condition.
