Bought recently for my mother, so far she is very happy , bracelet is light and comfortable, also adjustable, the ok checks are a great addition and also I can check at any time on the app her movement throughout the day and night.
If she falls it will ring me with an automated response letting me know and the same if she squeezes the buttons on either side of bracelet for help, if I don't respond it will then ring the next responder.
Also Sally very helpful during initially setup.
It is working well and I am glad we chose acticheck.

I'm a bit of a technophobe but the replacement was easy to set up.

The new black wrist band is much easier to put on and visually smarter than the old grey one.

Only had to use it once but very pleased with the response

I find it very good. Towards the end of the battery's life the signal does tend to ease off. It's so easy to use that you forget your wearing it. Like

I feel totally reassured that I am covered if or when I need assistance. Thank you for the vibration from the wrist action each day which tells me I am still connected.

My wrist band arrived the day I was going on holiday with my family therefore I stored it in a safe place and as my family leave tomorrow I look forward to wearing it as it seems less bulky than the grey one. Sorry not to be more helpful

My dad has had his band for about 5 years now and I can’t imagine life without it. It gives me peace of mind to know I can see how he is moving around but also know I’ll be notified if something is wrong. At near 90 it’s a real relief for him to have his band as it gives him a sense of security too.
The support service provided by Acticheck is also superb.

Very positive reaction as soon as I put the wristband on. Far more comfortable to wear and far easier to do up. Fitting is more adaptable to precisely how I want to were it each day – looser on a hot day and firmer when it is cooler. The design is very important to me and this one is totally chic – congratulations!

I e-mailed to say that my mother had passed away and therefore needed to cancel the subscription but you went ahead and took payment anyway, this is disgraceful behaviour and I demand a refund immediately
