Arrived quickly with a minimum of fuss.
Setup details (pairing to existing base station) were clearly explained on paper in a leaflet with the replacement wristband.
My mother lost her wristband while away from home. This is why a new one was required.
All the Acticheck equipment, system, website, and customer service is reliable and clear.
I would recommend

Mum found it easy to change over the puck to the new band. She finds it comfortable and easy to put on and off. She would have preferred a grey or silver band.

Ok I Havnt got use to it yet ,
But think it’s bulky and not a rechargeable battery like my other was from another company.😧this made smaller.

This is a superb system and a very good company. When I have tested it, the alarm has been totally effective. One test was when I was in Fuerteventura and it urgently contacted my first responder and even precisely pin-pointed my location. A major benefit of the system when compared with smart-watch based systems is that it operates abroad when close to the designated mobile phone, which the watch-based systems do not, as far as I could see. My only dislike was the old plastic wristband, but the issues have been completely resolved by the new fabric wristband, which is excellent. A high-recommended system!

When someone is alone it gives you confidence to know that if you fall someone is at the end of the line. I have every faith in my acticheck. I also know I can also phone if I have anything I need to discuse

I always feel safe when wearing my alarm , I had a fall &it picked up on that immediately , without it I couldn’t have contacted anyone , so defiantly wouldn’t be without it now .

The new wrist band is much better than the old one. It is easy to take off and then replace. Whereas I could not put the old one on with my arthritic hands. My only slight disappointment is that it is black! Any colour would be another improvement, and a choice better still.
