A great improvement on the previous grey silicon band. Looks neater. Wouldn’t mind a choice of colours !

So useful to know this works when your away from home, that's why we installed it and the app.
My wife and I have one each connected to the router. Some problem setting up but soon resolved.

The puck being water resistant and not requiring to be rechsrged on a regular basis is a big plus. The new style of wrist band is also great. I have the Acticheck app on my smartphone; but the app is not aiways working.

The only problem I have had was a tendency for the alarm to go off when I hadn't fallen or pressed the buttons It took some time to get the right settings to avoid this happening. It's all right now.

My renewal was easy to complete at which time i ordered the new improved wristband which I find much more user friendly than the original neoprene model.

I like my black velcro wristband better than the older style one but thats personal taste. It all works well and "does what it says on the tin"! Ive rarely had a reason to call acticheck but when i have, i speak to a real person, get an immediate answer and specific advice. I love it and have recommended it to several friends.

Simply a very good service. Renewal date comes up, Acticheck remind me, i pay my renewal, they send me a new pod. It all happens as it should when it should. Love it!

This wristband is much easier to putv on the wrist than your neoprene model. It appears to be well made and time will tell how long it will last before needing to be replaced.

Really happy with my Acticheck alarm and am happy to report that for the last week my morning check scheduled for 7.30 am is coming on time whereas before it was often 20 mins late. Being profoundly deaf I am fortunate to have a Cochlear Implant but the vibration of alarm means I can still receive the vibration of alarm should I for any reason not be wearing the Cochlear Implant( ie if I have washed my hair and taken it off whilst my hair dries.) in April I fell and fractured my hip . I pressed alarm and help arrived quickly. I have recommended your alarm to friends.

I like the fact I can talk to someone if I have a problem and that they always know the exact state of my device

Subscription renewal is very easy to do and I ordered the new wrist strap this time which arrived within a couple of days with my new Acticheck fob already inserted so I’m very happy with the service.

Having now worn an Acticheck for a year and renewed my subscription for another I can only give it a 5 star rating.
It gives my family reassurance (and myself) that I am still in the land of the living and still upright.
One particular thing I would like to mention is that at some time in the previous year I suddenly realised that I wasn't wearing my acticheck. I spent the next 3 hours searching the house and car to no avail and eventually rang Acticheck to say that I would now have to go offline. A very reassuring voice promptly told me that the bracelet was in my garage. Off I went again very puzzled but this time also examined the very wet anorak that I discarded and left in the garage. The bracelet had been torn off by the elasticated sleeve!!!
I have now mostly changed to the mesh bracelet which in my experience is less likely to be caught in any clothing.

I like the new wristband. It is easier for me to take on/ off, which helps in hot weather ( normally it stays on!). When wet from shower, easier to dry the skin under. The tightness can be adjusted more finely.

I like that I don't need to charge the battery. The strap is comfortable. My son and I both miss the facility that we had with my Buddi system whereby he could check that I was moving around.

Pity it is black. A colour would have been nice or the opportunity to have a different colour. I change the micropore tape every day after my shower to ensure I don’t have weeping sores

This new wristband is a definite improvement, easy to remove and put on. Water repellent so no moisture under strap also looks better on my wrist. 😊
