Have been using this for several years now and it gives both me and my family confidence that help will be at hand if necessary. There have been two calls answered due a misunderstanding within the family but all was well and we now know it really does what it advertises. It is easy to set up and help and advice is always available. I love the newish fabrics band and the fact that I can wear it 24/7.

The only thing I didn't like was the wrist band and that has been rectified. I missed a morning check because I was trying to clear a sink blockage 🤪but quickly found out how efficient the system is.

I’m a new client of Acticheck but so far very happy. Had a couple of hiccups but they were dealt with in a very friendly and speedy manner.

All straight forward. No complaints.

I found it really easy to follow your instructions to pair up the new puck to my router – though I had to ask my daughter to remove the old puck and push in the new one, as my fingers are not strong enough. But that's fine – it needs to be firmly in place.

I love the new wrist band. It makes the signal sharper and isn't as sweaty.

Easy to put on and take off, which is the best thing. I much prefer it to the grey and orange; the black strap I bought looks smart and discreet and looks more like a smart watch than an alarm. I give the band a quick squeeze with a towel after showering and it dries quite quickly, I was very surprised at that and pleased because I don't like to ever take the wristband off.

It works which is more than I can say about other makes I’ve tried

The new wristband looks much nicer than the previous one – I prefer it being black. It is easier to take on and off and is also more comfortable. I had the previous one for a long time, so it remains to be seen if this one will be as long lasting. I thought it was slightly expensive.

Easy to use, your wrist does not get clammy in hot weather, smart, the original was a bit clunky and had a tendency to drop off!

It is good but I don't like the black colour. Is there the possibility of having more corourful ones?

This is so much better in both looks and use than the previous silicone band. This is my second band, bought to replace the first one which lost all its adhesive pads after two years use.

Delivered on time easy to replace easy to pair up

I much prefer it to the original silicone band, but after 2 years use all the anchoring pads have come off so it can no longer be fastened. Also it does seen to irritate the skin on my wrist. Nevertheless, I am ordering a replacement one.
