After Dad had a nasty fall last year my sister and I reviewed wristbands and fall alert, we are so pleased we chose Acticheck after we both did extensive research. My sister lives 10 mins from Dad, I live an hour away – Dad either gets a notification or my sister does, never got as far as me without it already being resolved. Dad is an early riser – at 8.10 am this morning my sister received a call saying Dad had not been active which is outside his normal routine. A call quickly established Dad was fast asleep which never happens!! this made us all laugh, however gives the whole family HUGE peace of mind that we get notifications when they are needed. Well done Acticheck team for developing such a great product.

Well devised device offering peace of mind to family .

Purchased my wrist band about a month ago and it has already earned its cost. Had a blackout yesterday evening and was unconscious on a cold tile floor. Would have been there alone all night if my wrist band had not alerted my daughter who lived 10 minutes away. She called an ambulance and I am now in hospital.. If I had been on the floor all night I could have been dead!

On a couple of occasions I've not had the watch on at the appropriate time for the "OK" check and the 'phone has rung instantly. I have been able to cancel the alarm, using the buttons, with no difficulty, so the callback system is working perfectly. I am very happy with the system, just wish that one could speak through the watch, as an additional function, as it is not always easy to get to the telephone quickly.

A far more stylish wristband than the original and much easier to do up! Excellent customer service too.

The original grey wrist band after nearly five years was now to large for mums wrist. As always the Acticheck team were great and suggested this alternative which has proven to so much more secure on very narrow wrist

The customer service is incredible. Its so nice to be able to easily talk to somebody on the phone. All my.queries are dealt with instantly. The product is also great . Gives me the peace of mind that my mum is ok and keeps her feeling of independence. Highly recommended

I’m new at this “game”! But, so far so good. I’m not quite sure what to do when I go away perhaps on holiday, in Bournemouth for example. Quite frankly, I don’t know if it functions there but I continue to wear it on my wrist all the time.

Subscription renewal was simple, delivery was prompt and replacing the puck was easy to do. It's reassuring to have the wristband should it ever be needed.

The new wristband is lighter than the old and sits more neatly on the wrist. The small size proved too snug, so Acticheck sent a large size, and whilst this is on the generous size, it was preferable. (If there was a medium size this would be ideal.) The Acticheck team are always so friendly and helpful.

Has been very useful for alerting family to a couple of falls recently. Sometimes finds it hard to push the buttons both together. Overall very happy with it.
