Acticheck makes me feel safe and the staff are always very helpful.

The service is good but I was unable to pair my new puck with the base unit due to having AMD. The bracelet is bulky and makes dressing and undressing difficult. It is also often painful as it needs to be tight in order to feel the vibration. The switch from Annual to Monthly was was easily done, for which I am grateful.

It gives me and my family peace of mind, which is priceless. Thank you.

I find this strap much better than the grey strap I had, which kept coming undone.

So far so good. Not sure whether to wear the wrist “watch” either the active block underneath or on the dorsal side of my forearm. What do you recommend??

Very happy with my bracelet which is comfortable to wear, so much easier than a pendant. The daily morning checks are reassuring and the vibration means I can relax and just wait for it to come. Thank you .

This gives me confidence when I am out and about alone. I have not yet had to test it fully I am pleased to say. I find the new type wristband better than the silicone one, less bulky and lighter on the wrist. Contact with Acticheck itself is good with pleasant staff who are very helpful.

Very good experience – I thought I had lost my tracker but as it was nearly time for renewal I thought I’d just order a new one anyway.
The lady at Acticheck confirmed my tracker was definitely at my house and I eventually traced it but meantime she sent me a replacement and did not charge me for it. I only paid for it once the renewal date came up!
I ordered a new wrist band which is less chunky than the old grey one however I think work still needs to be done to improve the band, perhaps offer in different colours rather than black.

The responder was very patient, understanding and paced the conversation well. They were able to fully explain how I could subscribe to the system and the benefits of this.

Always very good. Puck ran out before normal renewal time this year though but it was dealt with very efficiently
