Initially I wore a silicone band which irritated my skin. But, now that I have switched to a fabric band, all seems to be well.

Early days but all good. Bought for my mother in law about to turn 90. It doesn't matter how good an alarm is, if it's not worn 24/7 it's a waste of time. So the low profile showerproof was ideal. Although a responder, it was easy for me to 'become the wearer' to set things up. Acticheck back up is great in helping out with any little issues you may encounter. Very easy for me to ensure the right responders are on call and in the best order.

I complained that you did not state cost of renewal when informing us it was due

As expected

The replacement black wristband is more comfortable to wear, does not get sweaty underneath and cannot accidently come off, overall a big improvement on the silicon band,

Appreciate that I can take walks by myself and feel safe that if I have a fall the acticheck system will be in action.

The black fabric strap is a lot less cumbersome and stays in place better. What I really appreciated was the proactive customer service when they realised I had ordered a 2nd as the 1st was too small and refunded without my request.

Gives reassurance to me and my family. When I overlooked my 'ok' one evening my son was alerted within a very few minutes. Great!

Much more comfortable to wear and less bulky. Also much easier to take on and off.

I am Epileptic and in my case this device has actually been a true lifesaver as I used it to alert my daughter who found me in a seizure and had stopped breathing but she was able to resuscitate me and save my life

The acticheck devices and subscription are fantastic.
I find that the website and the back office is somewhat lacking when it comes to managing my account, as it’s difficult to navigate and doesn’t work well on Apple devices.

My mother had two falls whilst using this product, in both cases relatives were alerted promptly and were soon there to get her back on her feet.
This is a great product, because it's water proof and the battery last a over a year, the wearer never takes it off, so it truly provides 24 * 7 protection.

The velcro wrist band is great,so much more comfortable for me than the plastic one easier to get on and off also, extremely pleased with it. Thank you so much.

Looks good and even better is that I am able to manage it myself. I had to ask someone to help with the silicone band.
