Absolutely no irritation whatsoever. Was seriously thinking of leaving my Acticheck off and writing it off as a failure. I kept changing wrists and using cream but the blisters got worse. One wrist is now completely healed and the other is well on the way. Can’t wait for other colours.

This is a fantastic little gadget. It's easy set up with comprehensive instructions and easy to use for an elderly person. I can use the dashboard on my phone to track my mother's activity without having to call or text her. I've recommended it to everyone I know.

Had this for 5 years now. It brings peace of mind for mum who never takes the watch off, allows me to configure however I require, sends me alerts i.e. to tell me mum is active, to tell me she's had a restless night etc. If it broke I'd buy another one straight away 100% recommend.

As for my wrist band – it is easy to wear (velcro version) but why does it always start buzzing when I am comfortably sitting talking to friends!

Acticheck is a great device. The annual replacement is very easy and straightforward.
The customer service from admin department through to action department is superb.

When you consider it is positioned on one of the most used parts of your body and gets knocked about like 'Cromwell's Hat' I think that earns it 5 stars !

I wear the wrist band all of the time and it makes me feel safe. The risk of a false alarm is negligible.

Bit fiddly for me to put it in having very arthritic hands ,and had to get a younger friend (im81 ) to link it to my l pad .

I love the velcro band compared to to rubber one .lt looks smarter & is so much easier to adjust & remove if necessary. I really bruised my skin with the other one . So many thanks for suggesting it .

I find the new fabric wristband much more comfortable, and easier to adjust. The ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick.

I have been wearing my comfortable wrist alarm for a year. A couple of times I forgot to confirm my morning alarm and was immediately contacted to check I was ok. When my wrist band had a small fault a replacement was with me the next day. Acticheck is the best of its kind currently available and the contact team are very helpful and quick to respond. I am very happy to recommend it.

Good customer service – I received a call informing me of issue with the watch and explaining how it had been used by my mother recently. Very efficient service to renew subscription and send out new battery to be received following day.

plastic strap was difficult to faster. Easier with velcro strap.

It is relatively easy to set up. Using the bracelet is also very straight forward and does not require complicated inputs. Only recommendation is that the interface for the settings on the website is improved as is not easy to navigate and not optimised for phone screens. An app would be a great addition.
