What do future years cost?

Towards the end of the year we will be in touch to invite you to continue the service. This involves buying a new ‘puck’ with a brand new battery and another 12 months’ service. For the standard broadband version this costs £110 (ex VAT), and for the cellular version (where airtime is included) it costs £140 (ex VAT).

If you take the Fallback Call Response Service, this costs an additional £52.50 a year (ex VAT).
