Managing update emails

Acticheck send update to Responders who allow it to let them know:

• We have identified that the wearer is wearing their wristband and has exceeded a movement threshold, we call these Up & Active emails.
• Variance from normal movement patterns
  • Disturbed night’s sleep
  • Lower daytime activity than usual

Responders can opt out of these emails by login into their dashboard, going to MY WEARERS and toggling ‘Send daily update emails’ to off.
