My base is making a sound. How can I make it stop?

The two-tone ‘siren’ sound indicates that an alert is active but nobody has yet confirmed that they are able to respond.

You can close the alert by confirming you are OK by pressing a single button on your wristband or you can temporarily cancel the sound, whilst keeping the alert active in the system, by pressing either of the volume buttons on the base.
