Cellular upgrade

If you don’t have broadband, you’ll need to upgrade to a cellular-enabled base station. 

£27.50 equipment upgrade fee and £2.75 per month airtime costs*

Fallback call response service

The Fallback Response Centre is an additional service which ensures that if there is a time when none of your responders are able to help a professional response centre will make sure the emergency services are instructed.

The Response Centre we use is Telecare Services Association platinum-rated and available 24 hours a day, each and every day.
