I could not live without the safety the Acticheck bracelet gives me. Peace of mind for me and my family.

Brilliant product and REALLY easy to set up. Tested all round the house and outside. No problem with range. Instant peace of mind!

This is a great device and we are really pleased with it (husband with MS and wife Carer). Two observations. The plastic wrist band is quite large – my husband finds this bulky to wear – and 'sweaty' next to his skin, also the clasp is hard to fix (dexterity in his fingers not good). Small observation – the monitor measures if temperature too cool- be nice to add in an alarm if temp to hot too. All fairly minor points really – we are pleased with it and having looked around we felt it offers best deal on market. Many thanks.

Pleased with system it gives both my father and myself peace of mind that he can call for help at the press of a button. I also like the daily email advising me he is up and active.

Provides a convenient and discrete solution to the issue of monitoring an ageing relative. Perhaps lacking a little on responder education, however is the best product I could find providing the features for the cost.

I chose this device after considering several alternatives because of the "wellness check" feature. Other alarms require you to actively press something; this one notices if you fail to press, so if you don't wake up one morning……! Fortunately I haven't yet tested the "fall detection" and hopefully will never need to. Also the efficiency of the helpline staff is brilliant; a rare thing, a helpline which actually helps!

We bought the Acticheck for my 80year old dad as he has AF and keeps blacking out and falling. This monitor is amazing we have 3 responders linked to it and we get updates throughout the day and it gives me and my sister assurance dad is ok . It gives dad peace of mind knowing help is at hand straight away. The only downside for me is it only works within his flat and not when he goes out of range . But overall a great product and we also saw a discount code on Facebook which gave us an xtra 15% off. The service was excellent I ordered it had a query that was dealt with immediately and the delivery was next day ( I paid a little bit more for this) as we wanted it asap. Overall great product and great service .
