Works well for us. Been activated a few times very successfully. The new puck is welcome every year as the buttons are sharper to press.

I like everything about Acticheck. I am astonished that most people are ignorant of the ‘gadget’. It gives my sons peace of mind as neither of them live close by me. More advertising perhaps on your part?

I’ve worn the band for over 5 years now and have had no problems. New puck always delivered every year. Feel safe with it on and would highly recommend it.

So far so good.

It’s slimmer than the standard wristband and seems to secure the puck more tightly – my dad had a few times where it was slipping out of the original one. It is relatively easy for my dad to take off or tighten himself, which is also a benefit over the original strap.

We don’t yet know how long the Velcro will last, but it seems quite solid at the moment.

It's a smart looking wristband and easier to put on.

Delighted. It wins over the silicone band in all respects but one. It looks better. It is more comfortable – not sticky underneath, doesn't catch on clothes. It is easier to faster. It is more secure – even if the velcro does come undone, the stop on the end of the strap keeps it in a closed loop which is less likely to fall off (I have had the silicone come undone and fall off in a field!). The one and only downside is that it does stay damp after getting wet, but I am happy to live with that. All I want now is a selection of colours to go with different outfits … anyone would think I am a snappy dresser …. Thank you.

It fits easily on my wrist but I wonder if length of strap is enough for some people.Time will tell if it lasts as ong as the rubber version which I found equally OK

The instructions accompanying the update talks about pushing the new puck into the wristband. It then notes as important ensuring that the puck is oriented to have the 'brown rectangular pattern' facing away from the wrist.
The new puck I received was not brown but blue. The documentation needs updating.

I love it for different reasons.
1. Because it looks smart.
2. It is much easier to get on and off if needed.

It does all the things it says it does, it's reliable and it gives me lots of confidence to go on my solo countryside walks. When I've had a question (only twice in several years) I've had a very quick reply from a human!!! I've also recommended it to several friends. And I really like the new velcro black wristband.

Very happy with the replacement wristband .The fabric is so much lighter and less bulky than my original particularly during the heat .
From a cosmetic perspective would like a lighter colour Beige but that's a minor issue
