I like it so much better than the grey. Being vain it looks like fit bit, folks think I’m counting my daily steps !

I feel safe knowing how quickly it reacts to your call , I had a bad fall & pressed my button & my son was contacted within minutes of me pressing the button .

I've used the Acticheck system for two years and am more than happy with the safety reassurance it gives me. The annual renewal process is so simple. The option of also purchasing a new wristband is very useful. The new puck is very simple to insert into the wristband and thanks to the comprehensive and easy to follow instructions the whole process takes less than 5 minutes. The old puck can be returned free of charge in the delivery box with a supplied label, which helps the environment

Problem with my wrist band, battery failing. Phomed acticheck who said they had spotted the problem & changed the Puck. As the change was ahead of the anticipated change they offered a discount on the yearly subscription. I had problems with my Bank & Acticheck were willing to wait for my problem to be resolved.
