Easy to order and quick delivery

Simple and straightforward to renew the battery. I have to wear the wrist-band losely otherwise it rubs my skin.

An excellent service, so easy to use, easy to renew, and very helpful on the phone when there's any questions. Renewal information was excellent. Very clear and easy to follow. Having a system that doesn't rely on recharging a battery and only needs an update once a year makes it super simple and reliable.

I do find the wristband quite tricky to fit. My failing, not yours.

Like most of it but find it bulky when wearing winter clothes.

Living on my own, and having reached an age when I need to get up in the middle of the night to visit the bathroom (passing the top of my stairs on the way) I felt that I wanted something whereby I could call for help should I fall downstairs. But, being an ‘active’ person, going hither and thither at will, and often on my own, I didn’t want a pendant. Upon searching for bands I came across ‘Acticheck’. Therefore, the idea of being connected to an app on my smartphone whilst not at home appealed to me as I often go places on my own where there may not be anyone close by to call on should I need assistance.
It was all reasonably straightforward to set up – even for a bit of a technophobe like myself! But of course, a reassuring and calming voice was always at the end of the phone when I needed it.
I've had a band for two years now and love the reassurance that having the Acticheck one brings.

The only slight irritation is that the silicone tends to catch on sleeves when putting on sweater or coat.

So pleased with this product bought for my mother. She has a large garden well beyond her WIFI and there is no mobile coverage but the acticheck works faultlessly. As a 89 year old living in a rural location it's given us both a great deal of comfort.
