Ease of use, peace of mind, customer backup second to none

I couldn’t manage without my Acticheck & Karl the end of a phone & is always so helpful & patient with any problems or queries

The Acticheck System serves me well (I have the cellular version) but it might be worth mentioning that, infrequently (roughly once a year), the band buzzes when it shouldn't.

A bit tricky to set up for us old folk! But once set up, great.

This has been a bit of a life changer for me. Living in my own since my wife passed away. I was always worried that if I died it could be quite some time before I was found. Now that I have acticheck no more worries. I’ve got 3 people who get a phone call if I don’t answer the daily
“I’m alright” alarm. If no one answers tgise call the system immediately call the emergency services for me. On top of that when I am away from the house I have the cellular option enabled. All in all I’m covered wherever I am so no more worries
What a GREAT system

No dislikes. However I find that after a year the outer edge of my wristband does lose some firmness where it covers the puck because I wear it with the puck on the inside of my wrist. Changing the wristband annually sorts that out.

This is a fairly trouble free device which does what is claimed. The silicon wrist strap is a little bulky and being matt finished does tend to catch on shirts and jumpers but this is a minor issue. A fast automatic switch from Base to phone and vice versa would be nice.

Simple to use and setup, friendly customer service, can’t fault. Although I don’t use it yet it’s good to know I can extend to the call service if required.

I am epileptic and had reason to use this device during the last year and help was summoned immediately

Have been with Anticheck for over a year. Never had to use the services offered but know I can depend on it if needed in case of an emergency.

Vibration on wristband check is very faint. Rely on base to inform me. Not sure how it would feel outside.

Whole process was easy and quick.

good service but find it cumbersome with the battery part being quite high, when worn in bed it catches on the sheets, as it is a matt finish it tends to stop it sliding

This is a really good service. With elderly mother and mother in law we have tried a couple of alarms, but acticheck is a clear winner in terms of simplicity and efficacy.

Excellent customer service, the new puck was easy to replace and pair. Very pleased that used pucks are recycled.

Been using for over 4 years and gives great peace of mind for a very competitive price, would never be without it. Best part for us is the self-configuration leaving us free to set the system up based on our preferences, not forced into using a monitored service, which of course is available should you wish to take that option.
