Works well.Have had some unnecessary false alerts

The system is not invasive like cameras but shows accurate activity and movement with the added house temperature indication. When falls or inactivity are detected the alarms and notifications are swift and accurate.

Most helpful with purchase and then connection.

I’m very pleased with my wristband. I keep it on all the time, even in the shower, and am reassured that help can be called very easily. I’ve only needed to call for help once, and it saved me from lying on the bathroom floor all night! I highly recommend Acticheck.

This wonderful caring device is permanently on my right arm and is no bother to me, I hardly know it’s there!
If I have any questions I know that there’s always a real person on the end of the phone who can and will help me, so Acticheck Service is second to none.

With current complaints about our postal deliveries, I was really impressed that by ordering a replacement wristband on Friday morning I received it by post on Saturday. Thank you.

I and my family are very happy to have found Acticheck as it coveres all my requirements and most especially that it is water tight. A friend was so impressed she cancelled her then system and changed to Acticheck.

One point, quite hard to put on Mum's wrist when she has little flesh muscle, so I pinch her skin putting it on her. Have you trailed elastication bands?

Fantastic customer service from start to finish – very helpful finding the right unit to order and sending the link to the shop, and then really patient and helpful getting the base set up. This was a swap from a non-cellular base unit – the refund process was really simple and quick once the other base unit was returned.

Thankfully I haven't needed to use it for an issue as yet , but always a reassuring presence on your wrist at all times.

Have not had cause to use it in an emergency, but it has gone off several times when I've been unaware of knocking it.
I would prefer it to have a louder "buzz", so that I could be aware sooner.
Also would love a coloured wristband.
But…..an amazing product, wouldn't be without it. Staff very friendly and helpful and not a bit dismissive ofy shortcomings!

I ordered a new "puck" which arrived within a few days, fitted it in a few minutes and the system was back up and running – brilliant!

We've had the base station now for a couple of years with no problems, its working fine with the new "digital" broadband phone line and the coverage throughout the house is very good.
I would however suggest maybe changing the indicator lights to Green for okay, Red for problem for those who don't really understand how it works. It's a lot easier to say to someone they should always be Green and if there's any red lights then that's an issue!

Great little device and give peace of mind. Occasionally sets off for no apparent reason but not a major issue. More importantly, it worked when needed following a significant fall. We were able to respond within minutes which was really valuable.

Now that I'm used to it, OK. I realise the necessity for its 'bulk' but could wish for it to be easier to fit under sleeves.
Have had occasion to be delighted with the security of the system, and pleased that you check up when there's been a glitch with wifi.
