    Love this little piece of security.

    So easy to wear and forget you have it on.Brilliant to leave it on whilst in the shower,that's where most elderly people tend to slip and fall.

    A great product and service to date

    Having done a lot of research on our mum's behalf into wristbands/pendants we settled on Acticheck, and haven't at all regretted our decision. It offers an excellent balance of features and support and appears to have been designed with shortfalls in other products in mind. Mum's only (very mild) criticisms are around whether the side buttons could be picked out in orange rather than grey for extra visibility, and also the slight chunkiness of the main part of the wristband – though I have mentioned to her that I think this is necessary to allow for a very long battery life. I would add that the buying experience (over the telephone in our case) was great.

    The only problem lies with the payment process. The previous time I had done it myself and the bank said it was going to send a security text to my mobile- switched on and waiting – but never did. So I now just call you to do the deal, to save the pfaffing about

    Good Product

    The replacement arrived promptly and was fairly easy to fit. It took a bit of a while to pair the puck to the existing base, but managed to get it working eventually.

    Love my band

    I feel safe wearing my band and any people that have noticed it think it is a special watch which doesn’t make me feel old and decrepit. I recommend the band to a friend and neighbour and helped her set it up and she is very pleased with hers. The replacement battery I recently recently was easy to install.

    Staff always helpful when I contact them, which is infrequently, as no problems usually. Only slight hitch is that being silicone/rubber the band catches on sleeves a bit, but small price to pay for the reassurance it provides. Keep up the good work.
