I feel safer living alone with this band and my family are much more relaxed knowing I can quickly get help.

Replacement puck easy to fit and to set up, Response Centre rings if any sign of a fall, but, sadly, still fails away from home because of incompatibility issues with Samsung Phone

Excellent device. Constant 'need help' warning at wrist. 2 daily checks. Wouldn't be without it.

Email prompt to replace and reorder puck with the addition of fallback response and payment takes all of the strain away. This is a well engineered and thought out product and process and I will continue to recommend.

Glad I had my computer savvy daughter to help the online part but everything else was fine. My dad doesn't notice wearing the band.

Very happy with it. We don't use the morning/evening buzzes for 'all ok' checks because my mum didn't always notice them or didn't respond to it, then got a bit distressed by the siren from the base unit. Instead I just check the activity graph to make sure she's moving. I've also changed the siren setting so it only does a few seconds instead of continuous when it's triggered (I think I could make it silent too). It's a very reassuring thing for both me and my mum. I researched loads before getting this one and chose it because it's simple, especially for the wearer, waterproof so can be worn in shower, and doesn't need charging so the wearer can't forget to charge it! Response centre backup gives extra peace of mind in case I (or other responders – you can have up to 5 I think) miss the call or can't respond. The process for replacement puck after a year is very straightforward. They send a reminder, you order it, its easy to replace, then you send the old one back in the package the new one arrived in, labels supplied.

Works well and give you a great comfort, knowing that you have that on your wrist

Being a somewhat ‘technophobe’, I was apprehensive about fitting the new puck – but it was so easy!

I had difficulty understanding the written instructions for replacing the puck, but when guided by a real person over the phone with a ‘now do this, now do that’ approach I found it very easy indeed.

I like that the strap doesn't irritate or cause any skin problems. Also it can be worn in the shower and not damaged by water, soap or shampoo.

Easy process throughout. Received replacement puck the day after. Really easy to fit and re-pair with easy to follow instructions.

Took literally 15 seconds to change the puck and pair with base unit. Really couldn't be easier. Can't fault Acticheck at all, always recommend to family and friends. Far superior to any other alert system.

The Acticheck bracelet is very useful as I am able to go out for a short while and leave my husband at home knowing that I will be alerted if he falls. It is also good to see how well he slept.
