Brilliant does just what I need

We originally purchased Acticheck for my Dad, and subsequently our neighbour. So much better than the 'red button' alarms, with all sorts of features now available to help with peace of mind for carers. And the 'I didn't mean to press the button' cancel option means those being cared for don't get embarrassed about disturbing people!

The need for the annual puck change came round early so without asking puck and band replaced in case there was something wrong with the contacts. Could not ask for more

Still awaiting my first call for aid since purchase other than false alarms when an outage occurred .

What a great piece of kit this is. I live on my own and I’m 73 years old. I do not have many visitors so it can be a week or more before anyone calls at my house. I was very worried that should I become ill and unable to call for help I could be there for days before anyone found me.
Now that I have the Acticheck system I have no worries at all. It works great at home with the base station and I also get a “ are you alright” buzz on the wrist strap one a day. All I have to do is push one of the buttons to confirm I’m ok. If I don’t confirm the system calls my responders . Absolutely great. No more fears of laying indoors and not getting any help.
I also have the cellular option. So it works just as well when I am out and about. It’ll even show a responder my last known location, how good is that!!
Would I recommend Articheck? Wholeheartedly, in fact I have already recommended it to a few other people in the same situation as me. Great piece of kit!!

The new puck arrived within a few days and was very easy to install in the band and then connect to the base. The old one was returned and all is working fine. Overall very pleased with this service.

I find your service excellent. I appreciate the morning and evening check in"s.
The emergency check proceedure allowing a blue tooth connection to alert my support family is great and reassuring if I have a fall.
the annual cost of the puck is minor compared the other monthly cost of other systems.

Very comfortable to wear and if it does what it says on the tin I will be more than satisfied.
I was beaten by the complexities of the set up but the help phone line was very clear and helpful.

i spoke with someone from Acticheck as they had informed me that the wristband was coming to the end of its usefulness. I paid, the fee requested, and the replacement was with the wearer within 4 days. I went and changed the devise, and, having read the instructions, connected the new devise to the system with no trouble. It has worked well since, making the wearer, and me, very happy.

Great device for allowing my son to check on line if i am active andvalso checks temperature in the home as well

Easy to do

It's a bit too soon to write a proper review, as I've only just bought it and had my daughter set it up. But it looks easy to use and is a great reassurance for me and my family.

ATICHECK gives me peace of mind knowing it is monitoring my wellbeing 24 hours a day, Should l have serious fall, difficulty breathing etc, ACTICHECK Will immediately contact one of my designated Responders to contact me. I rate ACTICHECK very highly.

Easy to wear- although can be hot when weather extremely hot. Gives both me and my family/friends confidence. Have had to use in full once when I had taken the band off and then dropped handbag that it was in. My son was alerted – they had forgotten that I was on holiday! It was most reassuring to see the quick the response.
I love looking at my response when asleep!
I also appreciate the speed and ease of contact with an actual person when I have had queries which have always been resolved efficiently. Hurrah for Acticheck!
