Very pleased with Anticheck. It was easy to set up and does exactly what I wanted. It looks quite good on my wrist certainly better than some others I have seen. Having Fallback Response Centre Service as my final responder is very reassuring and the cost per year is very reasonable

I am most impressed by the scope and versatility of the Acticheck wristband and have told my previous Lifeline provider so. If either the wearer or a responder can manage Internet banking then they can set this up and modify settings if needed. Helpful advice by phone if needed. The weight of the wristband took me a week to get used to.

Really easy and great product

I cannot imagine life without it. Easy to use, easy on the eye and has given me back my confidence after some serious falls. Acticheck is a very efficient company with charming staff who are always there to help.

Makes me feel safe as I live alone. Wish it wasn't so thick makes getting clothes over it a nuisance. But otherwise very good.

If you READ the instructions carefully, it's quite simple to follow!

My replacement puck arrived promptly and was easy enough to fit, though my shaky old hands did require assistance. After wearing my wristband for constantly for a year now and am amazed that my wrist has shown no sign of irritation. I’m lucky not to have had to use it yet, but is a reassurance that it is there if I do need help.

I am becoming gradually more confident in use of this remarkable way of 'keeping an eye' on my welfare, but it has been slow process as I'm lacking somewhat in confidence in understanding the terminology etc needed in use of mobiles and such! My son set it up for me initially, but I naturally need to get used to sorting out any queries myself & in this respect feel confidence will increase, knowing contact with 'Assure' is at hand to patiently explain and re-assure in this respect.

OK goods and not so good then? The goods are as above, the life-saving bit. The not so goods would be that the band can be very fiddly if, like me, I shake badly.
But the main thing is the good. I tried it a year ago and got really fed up with it and gave up, but this month I realised that I'm on my own. My family might be right round the corner but they can't possibly be there day and night and on the phone every minute. That's when I realised that without the band I could find myself in a serious danger – how would I get through to anyone in my family in the middle of the night? Anyway, thank you Karl (hope I got your name right) because without that wristband I could be in a very bad place and not able to contact anyone. Hope I've got all these things right.

It's only when something goes wrong that you discover how good a company is. I knew all about the product as I'd done the research and checked review ratings but when problems occurred with delivery of the unit this was rectified without question or delay.
