Easy to use and makes the whole family feel safer knowing their mother is being monitored 24/7

I have used an Acticheck for a year now and have just had it replaced. I am delighted with this system. After years of carrying (and forgetting to) carry my phone everywhere the Acticheck is such a reassurance. It is worn night and day, don't notice it, beautifully designed. Couldn't ask for more. I feel safe all the time now and it is so easy.

I am particularly glad that it responds while I am not at home – via my smartphone – and reassures my family. It is also a good guide to my regular patterns of activity. I find it a little bit bulky and better worn on my left wrist alongside my watch than on the opposite arm, but otherwise I forget that it is there.

Acticheck gives you and your family peace of mind that you are not laying on the floor after a fall because Acticheck will be monitoring you all the time and send help.

The band was easy to set up and seems to be working and it’s nice to be able to see her movements on line. The band seems comfortable to wear. The only negative we have it that as my mum is 93 she finds it quite hard to get her hands on the sides of the band to press both sides together to send an alert, might have been better if you had to touch the top instead?

It suits my needs currently and potentially in the future

Very comfortable, easy to live
with. Works well outdoors with the app. It seems like the only system which works both indoors and outdoors. My Father 92, forgets he is wearing it. We like the Acticheck emails to say he is ok. We feel happy that he can go outside and if he has a fall we can do something about it. Setting up was straight forward with a little time.

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS GREAT AND ESPECIALLY THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT! NO DELAY IN ANSWERING THE PHONE AND THEY ALL KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS REALLY WELL. SORTED OUT MY ISSUES VERY QUICKLY.

This is perfect for the hard of hearing. It is comfortable to wear and you keep it on even in water. It detects a fall and monitors the temperature in the house. You can set checks throughout the day where when it vibrates, the wearer pushes a button to say they are ok. You can also go online to track the wearers movement. All these functions give everyone peace of mind

Really great piece of technology that provides incredible peace of mind

I was informed that the puck charge on my mother's wristband was low via email when I was out of the country and by means of WhatsApp I was able to order and pay for a new one later in the day for delivery next day to my mother. The instructions to replace the puck were clear and easy to follow.

Puck was delivered quickly and it was very simple to replace in the armband. I have found Acticheck to be really useful in monitoring my dad who is 99 years old. A click of the button on the armband reassures me dad is ok and he feels more secure at home.

Simple, no fuss

It is very early days so far and it has not been tested in an emergency. It was frustrating to set up but rang the helpline and they sorted out the issues. I like the fact that you don’t have to go at a large monthly fee. I wish you could speak to a human through the device though.
