Excellent friendly service.

Started with superb delivery time of the device and straightforard set up of the preferences. Device is working well and very reassuring to have easy access via the App to the wearers data, giving chosen member of the family 24hr access to information. Giving back some independence to the wearer is proving great dividends to their recovery and piece of mind for them that help is just a two button push away.

Early days as we have only just purchased this but so far so good easy to install and gives great sense of confort

After a couple of years experience with two users (my Dad and a neighbour) I am even more impressed than I was when we first purchased an Acticheck. It is so far superior to the 'red button' varieties of alarm, especially for those of us who live a fair distance from the person we are supporting. It's great to be able to check non-intrusively that someone is moving about in the morning, or that they've left the house. And both my users love being able to cancel any accidental alerts BEFORE they've 'been a nuisance' to someone else – they never are a nuisance, but they feel so much better being in control.

Had help in setting it up

I ordered my Acticheck direct with the company on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Saturday morning – excellent service.
As I am 80, I had concerns about setting the Base Station. Fortunately, my brother came to my rescue and it only took him about 20 minutes following the easy to read instructions. However, I did have a problem the following day and phoned Acticheck direct [ no pressing options etc! ] and spoke to Karl who talked me through everything with amazing patience and kindness. I did research other types of alarms but kept returning to Acticheck. I have no reservations in recommending this alarm.

Prompt and efficient response to my order. Instructions crystal clear. The device provides reassurance that I can readily summon the help that I am increasingly likely to require.

To date we have not had to use the Response Centre. Customer Services was very helpful, and the ease of use of the website and band tracker is great.

Great product, easy set up and response really works.

Provides a good degree of reassurance that my wife, who has limited mobility, can reach help should I be away from home.

Fortunately I have never yet had to use my Anticheck. I wear it 24 hours a day even in the shower and when swimming. My family receive an email each morning saying I am active and they are reassured. The wristband is unobtrusive – looks a little like a Fitbit/Apple watch – and is comfortable to wear. Much better than wearing a lanyard around your neck.

It is stylish and works! I enjoy wearing my Acticheck wristband, knowing how effectively and efficiently the system runs. It gives me confidence and I wish to thank you for creating such a brilliant idea and a stunning design to help us feel safe.

This product ticks all the boxes for out fiercely independent 99 Yr old relative. Probably top of the list is that she is happy to wear it! This is because, being worn on the wrist, “it doesn’t make me look old”.
The information that it gives: movement and, for us the important, room temperature in addition to ability to call for help from us, her responders, is perfect.
The helpline is excellent.
Finally a word of wording: if you buy it from Amazon it will be the WiFi version. You can get the mobile network enabled version from Acticheck directly

Good simple reliable device good customer service and support

Does what it says on the tin. Purchased and worn for the benefit of carer and family, rather than my own peace of mind, they are happy. Wearing 24/7 has not caused any skin issues yet, but I have not yet stopped looking at the band for the time! Works away from home too, thanks to the app on my phone.
