Creates peace of mind for my whole family as I usually wear my acti check Every day. I am wheel chair bound now but have had again renewed the “puck” for another year. Great device and a safeguard on my wrist in the event of an emergency.

We have two bands in our family one for my father and one for my mother-in-law. They give us real peace of mind as a family but we feel that the users feel more confident that they know help is only a call away. I would highly recommend this product. The team at Acticheck are also excellent, answer calls straight away, give all the help this needed with a friendly and helpful approach. It’s worth five stars!

This is a great product and lasts for years. The last one was worn everyday for 8 years! I also have to say, the service from Acticheck generally is exceptional.

Bit early. Haven't set up responders yet. The wrist band is for me disappointingly uncomfortable. I have to wear it "upside down" Have worn it now since it arrived. It doesn't get any better. my wrist is thin, so perhaps that is the problem. But, I need it and so will have to put up with it.

Have had my acticheck for 16 months now. Very pleased with every aspect of owning one.
Purchasing a new battery and later a new strap, was seamless. The company are so helpful and professional always.

We have found this very useful especially ability to check movement of wearer. The replace process was fine.

Since getting my Assure wristband my confidence has increased to a new level. I feel much more relaxed and even though I forgot to press my monitor after the morning test my family received the necessary notification and responded necessarily.

I had to return the watch as my mother's health had failed significantly. There was really excellent communication from the returns team and I was re- credited as soon as they got it. It would be a great product for people living on their own and it was easy to set up.

I am starting my 3rd. year with the Acticheck, I am delighted with it, the band is comfortable and I never take it off.

The wrist band my wife has had now for over 2 years,it has been activated by her without any problems,despite her disabilities. The response system could not be better. Finally the puck renewal system is simple..10 out of 10 for value for money and after sales service

Great simple design. Ease of use. Robust and reliable (2 weeks so far).

The daily check in alarm, with alert email to the monitors, is a great idea to ensure the wearer is ok and that the systems check out.

I highly recommend this device. I feel so much safer with it on my wrist all the time. People I choose will be alerted if I need help. My family are scattered over UK so it is a great relief that this simple device is ready to alert them if needed.Very comfortable to wear. Ezxcellent.

It's a very fast effective service and the Acticheck Product is exactly what my 95yo Mother needs for her to maintain an independent life whilst her level of activity is closely monitored. Thank you!

I think the instructions should somewhere state you have to deal with the grey box. Tucked so far out of sight behind my desktop, I had forgotten about it altogether and was trying to find the controls to use on the web page.

Acticheck have been amazing in the support they have given to us. We may be the first Greek site using the system but it has worked perfectly. We had to update the wristband recently and again the customer service was fantastic. Well done Acticheck Team

My Father is 90 years old and is still able to live independently, with the Acticheck I can monitor his movements knowing that if he needs help- he can press the buttons, or if he falls the Acticheck will call me.
We don’t need all the added features but the Acticheck works for us.
Dad likes to fact that it doesn’t look like an emergency aid for the elderly.

Works very well. Easy to set up. I can keep an eye on my Mum in the UK from my house in California. They have good customer support.

Just renewing after a year. My mother-in-law fell a couple of months after we got the wrist band. We were alerted immediately and with her in 15 minutes. Without this she could have been on the floor for hours with a broken arm, leg and a bleeding head. She recovered well and has not fallen since. The wrist band is also helpful in monitoring her sleep/active patterns.
