Simple to set up. The customer help line was very helpful for a couple of times I needed help with and the system works well. Thank you.

After researching the market for an automatic fall detection device this one was chosen. I was also impressed with minimal maintenance regarding charging the battery (it supposed to last a year).
The online user interface shows activity and the band being worn which were important and reassuring.
The install and setting up process was hassle free.
The intended use was for an independent elderly relative who due to illness is prone to dizzy spells and increased fall risk, this device provides reassurance for the family.

Excellent so far. Straightforward to set up the set and to do the online registration. The dashboard is very easy to access and use. I wanted to thank the Acticheck team for sending out our kit on Boxing Day (!) and being so responsive. It’s worked really well for us and the opportunity to have several people on the responder list is perfect for us as family who are geographically a long way away. My only suggestion would be to have more ‘responder’ leaflets in the kit to give out – we have 3 but 5 would have been even better.

When I fell and broke a leg badly my Acticheck monitor was the only way I could get help! Within 5 minutes two responders were in my home and calling for the ambulance. The wrist monitor makes a twice daily check on my safety and the gentle throb is a daily reminder of its effectiveness.

Great new band the buttons are now much easier for my mother to press. The setup of the new watch was easy.

We chose the cellular version as the property is prone to power cuts, yet we were anxious about the range, for it's a 17C house with thick walls. We also needed coverage down a driveway, into large gardens and a paddock. We decided to put the unit next to an upstairs window on a landing going along the W-E centre-line of the house. This also allowed signal to pass through N & S bedroom windows. Signal access down to the ground floor was less of an issue as we knew the signal goes through wooden flooring with ease. What surprised us was the distance covered – over 100 metres. The only issue was at the range limits. When testing, the bracelet alarm would connect to the main device (the most important part) yet sometimes the confirmatory "it's only a test" message would not transmit as far as was needed; causing us to run inside to prevent the automated calls to responders to be activated! Overall, we were delighted with our purchase. Well worth the money (any by telling our parents " the bracelet looks like a cool iWatch", it was readily accepted!

THE NEW WRISTBAND HOLDSTHE PUCK BETTER THAN BEFORE!i I WAS ALWAYS LOOSING PUCK BUT NOT ANYMORE.

Acticheck now I have email communication is excellent. I feel very safe with them and replacement of pucks is also very good. I haven’t yet (thankfully) had to use their emergency care, so unable to recommend them for that, yet.

As I have only used the wrist band for a week it is early days. However, the morning "Are you OK" calls have been useful.
