Works very well. Great that no need to charge daily. Stats board very useful so can check there has been movement. Easy for elderly person to use.

Ok but difficult to totally understand it

Great product with superb customer service and so much better value for money than any of the competition. Also seems to be the only one that offers at home and out and about protection in one device.Things to improve – the buttons on the device could be bigger with more positive movement as I have very little feeling in my hands and find it difficult to press both Buttons to turn off the alarm. Also I prefer to hang mine round my neck so a version with a lanyard would be good.

With the help of my son it was quick and easy to fit and re-set . Thank you. The unit and wrist band bring peace and mind to both my family and me.

Fits firmly but without undue pressure. No chafing. Easy to forget that it is there. Family appreciate the sense of confidence that it gives them about my safety.

Excellent system. I purchased this for my 92 year old mother and she is very happy with it. I was concerned that the wrist strap would be too bulky but it isn’t and is very comfortable to wear. The system is easy to configure and once done works reliably. A true fit configure and forget system with no worries about having to recharge the the wristband etc. Wonderful product.

Good product. Had a few problems with setting it up, and new box was sent straight out already configured which solved the problem.

I purchased this Acticheck for my mum after doing a bit of online research, and must say I'm pleased with it! Mum finds the wrist band comfortable to wear, and is pleased with its appearance. However, she does have some trouble trying to activate it when I ask her to test it, finding it difficult to press the buttons with enough force to set it off (hence only 4 stars). It does however work very well when simulating a fall, which is primarily what it was purchased for.
I find the software first rate, in that its both easy to set up and informative. I particularly like the information forwarded to the responder!
The only improvement I could think of would be more sensitive buttons on the wrist band or an additional pendant button, which I would happily purchase if it were available.
