Yes I do love my wristband – the excellent style and efficiency.
The Replacement Broadband puck (vat exempt) was easy to do and the instructions clear and important. My son in law did the task but I think I could do so next time if family are away.

So simple to use.
The system is so easy to set up and configure and the dashboard/control panel is well set out. The most important thing is that it is extremely easy to use for the wearer. The sealed strap has two buttons – press two together to set of an alert and one button to cancel. That’s it.

A huge change to my mums life quality
We started with a basic wifi unit, which was great but internet connection ( not acticheck) was a issue. A quick call to these guys to discuss an upgrade to this sution was simple fast and effective way to solve the issue. My mum now feels secure and connected regardless of power cuts or land line issues a bonus we had not fully appreciated. Worth thinking about from the start i would suggest. As always so helpful and easy to connect this system really changes my mums life confidence.

Great Band – looks like a trendy watch
Really pleased with the band which my dad was very keen to have; it’s made him feel much safer when alone. It was pretty easy for me to set up but best to do set up using a computer as the website doesn’t work so well on a phone. The support I’ve had over the phone to help with set up and answer questions has been first class.
Like the idea that I can see my dad’s activity during the day and also that I get ‘check in’ emails to confirm he’s up and about.
Would definitely recommend!

Simple and very easy to wear – great device!
We purchased this for my 90 year old mother and unfortunately the clip was broken but the customer services were great they sent me a new one and I received it the very next day. But as the watch dropped from mums wrist by accident due to the clasp the response team called immediately. So far it has been great and easy for mum as she doesn't have to recharge the watch she can just wear it and forget about it unlike others on the market that we researched.
