Very necessary as I have had some nasty falls, and been able to call for help.

I can wear in shower, as long as broadband access is working I'm protected, hard to remove and put back I need help. Shame not really required during lockdowns since wife always home.

This product is excellent in my view. It has allowed me to go out out and about without having to worry to much about whether my wife is ok. It was easy to sort out and set up after reading the instructions thoroughly. Not a man thing of course. The few questions I have had have been promptly answered by the support team.

Cellular option doesn’t need broadband. Good for those who don’t have internet.

This is a very good product, which gives me reassurance, as I am 82 and live alone. As I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, I have a bit of difficulty fastening and unfastening the wrist strap, but this is my only problem.

I have only had my acticheck for just over a week. It was a doddle to set up even at my advanced years. Acticheck have been most helpful with the few questions I have needed to ask.
I think I understand all the workings now, thankfully it hasn't been necessary to put it to the test in a real situation.

So far, a great product although the website to control the settings needs a bit of improvement

For my dad who is 89 and not good with tech. I managed to set it up with only one mistake – a quick phone call solved that very quickly and it's working very well indeed. What I like is that he just has to wear it – nothing to charge, nothing to press as we disabled the daily check as it confused him) and we can see things like activity on screen so we know he fine.

Now have peace of mind knowing that my mum can alert me if unwell or had a fall. Acticheck team very responsive when out of WiFi zone.

Excellent device for our 91 year old living on her own. She didn’t like the thought of a pendant so was really pleased when we found arcticheck with a wristband system.
Setup was relatively easy and tested with responders to ensure everything worked ok.
Not using the “I’m OK” at present but it’s very useful to use if required.
Peace of mind for all the family knowing we are just a push button away from help if needed. Also the device has an automatic fall alarm so covers just about everything.
Very pleased and would recommend this system to anybody who has elderly relations that need Emergancy help any time of the day/night

Actichecheck was just what I was looking for…a system where I am in control, responders are easily changed and for £30 a year have 24/7 back up. Also peace of mind from seeing Mum’s last seen update!

Have had the Acticheck for 2 weeks now. Use it to monitor my husband 24 hours a day as he has dementia and suffers seizures and falls, and I want to be alerted both day and night if there is anything wrong. The Acticheck has proved to be very reassuring, both for myself and for my husband, that all is well (or otherwise). This is a great product with a unique selling point. Having used this for a week now I can confirm that it works as advertised and provides reassurance for the wearer that, should he/she become incapacitated and unable to raise an alarm call, the system will automatically generate an alert to a named responder (relative or friend).
Although a quick response can not be guaranteed, and is dependent upon how quickly a responder can react to the call, it is comforting to know that your predicament will be brought to someone's attention within, at most, twentyfour hours.
For those living alone with a pet which is dependent upon them, this device is a godsend, removing the fear that the pet might be left alone and unattended for days or possibly weeks until the situation is discovered. Elderly pet owners will welcome the peace of mind that this alert system brings. Customer back-up is first class.

Very pleased indeed with my acticheck bracelet although I could not have managed without my son to set it up. Excellent and very reassuring.

Setting up was a little complicated and I was unable to do it myself but had my daughter to help. I have not needed to try the alarm I am pleased to say, but it all appears to be straight forward. I was pleased to know it is British made.

Not impressed with early puck battery degradation, but happy with communications, efficient action, and reduced price proportionate to the loss of expected battery life.

My 88 year old mother is very happy with acticheck, she finds it very light and easy to wear. She keeps it on all the time and uses it in the shower. Carl from acticheck has been very helpful, providing prompt advise for setting up the device abroad.
