I have used this non-stop for 3 years and it genuinely gives me complete confidence that help is at hand. I live alone and my daughter bought the service for me after I had got stuck after slipping in the shower and couldn't get up for several hours. Later, when I broke my arm in a domestic accident my neighbours couldn't hear me shouting for help and I couldn't reach a phone but the alarm instantly alerted my daughter who lives over 100 miles away by phone and she called an ambulance. Replacement pucks are sent out annually or whenever the program detects a low battery and they're easy to replace even with very weak fingers. I highly recommend Acticheck for those who live alone and are frail.

I like the idea that there is always someone on the lookout for me. i do not like the chunky wristband, which means I cannot wear a watch. I was surprised to learn that for the first 12 months it was not linked to my mobile phone and so I was not covered out of doors.

Very easy set up, tested several times and working excellent, also in home and away from home via the app on my phone. Very easy to wear on my wrist, just like a watch. Also like the NFC function.

I wear bracelet at all times knowing that I can call for help at the press of a button wherever I may be.

We recently purchased the wristband and base station for my father-in-law and have been really impressed with its capabilities. It gives my wife some relief as she can check that he is up and about. This is after a recent fall that left him on the floor over night without any way to contact family members.
The only minor negative comment is that the set up for the mobile phone connection could be clearer in the instructions, we had to look at the help information.

I am entirely satisfied with the service from Anticheck. at the end of my first year contract I was contacted about a replacement puck and everything went according to plan. The Instructions for fitting the replacement were very clear. I am always satisfied that, should the need arise, my husband would have the means to get the appropriate help.

I am so impressed with assure wristband. We’ve had for a full year now. Needed it a handful of times so it’s given us and Mum great peace of mind. It’s an amazing piece of equipment and acticheck really have thought of everything to make as user friendly as possible. This is the second band we’ve bought. One wifi and one cellular. Gives the wearer and family complete reassurance and love that we can check in on our phones to see activity even before the ‘all ok’ emails arrive.
