Good reliable service which gives peace of mind.

I bought this for my Dad after he had a fall. Luckily that time he did not hurt himself but it made me buy this band. It works brilliantly and gives me total peace of mind. I can now sleep at night again without worrying that he may be lying somewhere. Although he is in an annex in our garden I cannot see him 24/7 so it is nice to know he is up and moving about and all is fine. It is very comfortable to wear and easy to use. First of all he was apprehensive about wearing it but now he says he does not even know it is there. It is relatively easy to set up plus the Anticheck team are just at the end of the phone if you need them to help with set up. I can't recommend this highly enough.

This emergency wristband does everything you could possibly want at a reasonable price: it is unobtrusive when worn, it can be set to detect falls, you can opt to have an alarm call every day to check that you are up and about, it can be pressed to ensure you get help in an emergency from individuals that you have chosen and, if you pay a little extra, there is a back-up service that will call help if your individuals are unable to respond. If you wish, it can be twinned with a smartphone to provide the service wherever you may be that has a mobile phone signal thus covering situations where you are away from home e.g. on a country walk. I am 7, and single, and following a health scare in January 2022 I was very nervous about being on my own at night. It has made me much more confident. I didn't want an ugy plastic pendant and am pleased that the wristband looks more like a type of smart watch or fitness tracker and does not attract attention or label me as an old fogey simply because of its appearance. It is exceptionally well priced, even against less flexible systems provided by the local authority. Highly recommended.

Now we have it set on the appropriate setting for ME it has given me a great feeling of saftey. I WEAR IT 24/7 unless I am out of the country on holiday. THANKYOU

Acticheck replacement puck was so easy to replace. This is our second year in purchasing the puck. Never had an issue. It’s so straightforward, literally took seconds. Really can’t praise Acticheck system enough.

The puck works well. I have carpal tunnel syndrome problems which means that I have to be careful when selecting buttons but I am very satisfied with the product.
