Very comfortable to wear.

Easy to order replacement battery for my Puck. Delivery was super quick, very satisfied with overall service.

The ordering process was very quick and easy, and the equipment arrived promptly.
It gives me confidence when I am in the shower or garden, that someone would know if I fell.

This system delivers as promised. I purchased this for myself as I live alone and it saves my family having to check up on me every day. It really is light and comfortable to wear. The 'I'm OK' checks work exactly as I set up, and there is an option to acknowledge the checks with a shake of the wrist rather than press a single button. Much easier for those with restricted dexterity. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted, as can the fall detection sensitivity. Features can be enabled/adjusted as needs change.The setup is relatively easy, and the customer support is brilliant.

I have had the Acuteck unit for a number of years. Thankfully I have never needed to use it. However it is very reassuring to know that it is there, should you need it particularly when one is disabled and live alone

I found the setting up procedure relatively easy. Testing the system with the wearers band was satisfying and very reassuring that all was well, and the wearer was able to do several tests to make sure she understood the alert procedure.
I'm not very tech savvy a d was unsure about on bit of the administrator accessing something. I had set this up over a bank holiday weekend, so there was no direct telephone contact, so I messaged them. Someone called back that day and emailed me screenshots, which was very clear and informative.

Fast delivery, great system. This works really well for us as my dad is never left in the house alone but sometimes he falls when we’re elsewhere in the house. I struggled to find a product that didn’t involve a monthly subscription to a careline but this was perfect.

This system just works. Can’t comment on the app because we don’t use it but this has been invaluable on multiple occasions and I have complete confidence in its reliability which is so important.

So far so good with the actual wristband itself. It's not too bulky or heavy and I was able to set this up for my Mum to wear quite quickly – took about 15 minutes. She is reluctant to try the various features such as the I'm OK checks, etc, as she thinks it's too confusing (in fairness, there are a LOT of instructions that come with the band and I didn't want to overwhelm her in case she decided not to use it). However, she's happy to wear it 24/7 and understands how to raise the alarm in case of an emergency, which is all we really need it for, as I see her every day anyway. Personally, I like to randomly check the My Acticheck portal during the day when I'm not there to double check her activity, as I find it reassuring.

On the whole we are happy with this wristband so far and would recommend it to others – there is also a 30 day refund policy should you find it's not for you after all, so there's nothing to lose by trying it.

Easy to replace, good value subscription, great service

It was great that Acticheck contacted us to let us know we needed to change the puck, then ordering and installing was so easy and simple, didn’t need to worry about re-connecting to wi-fi or the unit.
