Amazing in its simplicity. It’s worked with my mother’s trip and fall resulting in a broken hip and her inability to move from the floor. Be aware that the mobile app is needed for traveling beyond the house.

Instructions were easy to follow

Easy to reorder, puck arrived in plenty of time. Easy to follow instructions.

I would highly recommend this device. It gives you so much information and alerts that you can feel much more comfortable about your loved ones especially if like mine they live alone. Also the customer service is second to none which I’ve been very grateful for.

Brilliant knowing you're safe if you fall and someone will come and help

Very easy to set up the router and use the wristband. I wear the band all the time, day and night, even in the shower – which is of course one of the main places where accidents can happen. It gives me a sense of security in that I don't feel alone, knowing that the alarm will bring help when I need it. It's tried and tested in that when I fell and broke my arm nobody could hear me shouting for help but when I pressed the alarm button it started all the alarms and rang my contacts so an ambulance was called out to me. I absolutely wouldn't be without the alarm system.

I like it because it is not to big and sits safely on my desk.

Happy with the service but would like the the detector to be less bulky especially now that the warmer weather is coming and I’ll be wanting to wear short sleeves- not the most attractive one around

It is good to be reminded when the battery is due for renewal. It is easy to replace.

I cannot follow the written instructions. It was therefore great to have someone to talk, me through the procedure.

My wife's mother (who lives with us near Bath) had a bad fall a few weeks ago. She had to spend a period in hospital. Whilst in Hospital I felt we needed a device to ensure we are warned at the earliest time if she needs assistance.
I spoke with Karl and was most impressed with his understanding, passion and willingness to provide a robust solution.
Both my mother and my wife mother have had 'pendant' style alarms, but as many will attest 'its no use if its not round you neck mum'.
The concept of a permanent wrist band is great, no issues bathing, no forgetting to charge it, or remembering to put it back on.
The equipment is a doddle to set up, you have cover in next to no time.
The call set up is easy, and you can even engage an alarm response centre for just £36 a year- yes. £3 per month for our peace of mind.
So far we've had to use the alarm feature 2 times but it's what it's there to do- provide contact and assistance. Most of all Peace of Mind that you're doing the right thing.

I live some distance from my 97 yr old but very independent mum, and the Acticheck bracelet gives me valued reassurance that she is up and about each day. The ease of use and excellent support from Karl at Acticheck make this an invaluable tool for me with minimal interruption to mum's busy day. This is our third year and I highly recommend.

I have fortunately not so far experienced necessity for urgent assistance, so cannot really comment. However, I do not
see the point of being informed that I have had a disturbed night (which obviously I already know!) especially when it is not possible to reply.
