Have tried other alarm systems ,either had no alarm, or false alarms.
Found this one excellent ,easy to set up and use

Very quick delivery. After a few days of using the band no false alarms as yet. Much easier to use for wearer and family as two out of three are deaf. More peace of mind for everyone. Thank you.

I find it very useful as I had a bad fall during lockdown and broke me hip. It is not the first fall I’ve had. I didn’t think I would get used to wearing it but now find it quite natural like a big watch

although i am independant there is an underlying dangerin mobility, and i ido nw feel that i could get aid if necessary, and the daily notice does re-assure those closest to me.

Really pleased with it. Reassuring. I know I can go out and he will be able to contact someone if he has a fall.

I like that my responders receive an email each morning telling them that I am ‘active’. It was relatively easy to set up although the instructions did not make it plain that when I leave the house, I have to pair the wristband with my mobile phone and will show two green ticks instead of a house and one green tick. On returning home the left hand green tick reverts to a house. Very clever but you have to own a Smart mobile phone.
Friends have commented that it is bulky but it is comfortable to wear and unobtrusive

I am almost pleased with my band as it give me and my daughter reassurance if I have any medical problems. I have had a band for a year the only annoying thing is the OK calls I get which I have to react to on my band which are not scheduled

We've only had it a couple of weeks so too soon to give a proper review. It was easy to set up and the tests we have done have all worked as expected. Thankfully we have not had to use it 'for real' which will be the true test. A call to the company was answered promptly and they were very helpful.

Acticheck were very helpful and when I told them about me luckily being very active for my age (70+) still doing tree surgery plus other out door work Karl said try the wristband and if it wasn’t suitable return it within thirty days. I have been using a pendent for the last two years and kept setting of the alarm,unfortunately it was not for me so reluctantly I returned it and within an hour of them receiving it my payment was back in my PayPal account.Carl has been very friendly and helpful throughout and although not sutible for me I would highly recommend it,any person looking to buy you should make sure you go through the literature and don’t hesitate to contact Acticheck….(good luck).

The design is very well thought out and it works too! I rather dreaded wearing 'an aid' but I really feel just as chic plus a lot safer and more confident. I have learnt how to put the wrist band on and off, but because I have very slim wrists the band overlaps. Its it possible to shorten by perhaps two holes? If yes, how do I do it?

Replacement was quick and easy. Good instructions. Difficult to think that such a small unit can do so much without re-charging.

I have just bought this for my 91 year mum after having had her living with me for the past 21 weeks due to Covid. She has gone home, living independently again. We did need to call support to get it set up and they were brilliant, the issue we had was mum had 'call blocking' on her phone, so we had to allow the response number. But as I say the support were brilliant getting us set up. We are really pleased with all the features, we are receiving daily e mails to let us know mum is up and about, the OK button is reassuring for us, the fall feature has been set up and the ability to add medical details and emergency entry is just great. We are very pleased with the whole package and in our opinion at a VERY reasonable price. In fact it is a bargin for peace of mind. The wristband itself is comfortable to wear and as you can wear it in the shower and in bed it is reassuring to the family to know mum cannot forget to put it on.

This product is indispensable to my mother and I. It gives my mother the independence she wants and gives me great peace of mind. The "I'm OK check" feature is really good for someone who is a type 1 diabetic and may have blood sugar drops and may not be coherent enough to raise an alarm for themselves. If you're not currently highlighting this feature in your marketing and targeting people with these types of issues then please do – for us it's a very big deal – the absolute key functionality of the product. Very happy with the product and service. Thank you.

Very pleased; clear, easy to follow instructions. Testing and replacing was straight forward and took less than 5 minutes.

Could be a little slimmer, other wise perfect.

The wristband is reasonably unobtrusive, compared with the competition, and setting up was straight forward. Once the user gets used to wearing it, it’s comfortable and certainly easy to activate. I also appreciated the speedy response on the chat/help function.

I have not had it very long. My son says that he is advised when I am active in the morning. So far I have not needed to use it for emergencies.
